As the first course in a four-part series, it gives you the tools to help people move out of pain and into possibility—no equipment required. Course Overview: This foundational course introduces a clear, accessible system of video-based, standing exercises designed to restore impaired movement patterns and support a pain-free, active lifestyle. You’ll be guided through 13 original movements, taught in 3 anatomically focused Level-1 sequences, with a focus on balance, coordination, and readiness for life’s next steps. Basic Function & Harmonious Walking
Build Strength, Restore Balance, Walk with Ease
Walking is something we do every day—but doing it well is another story. In this second course of the series, you’ll deepen the work from Level 1 and explore how strength, alignment, and awareness combine to create harmonious walking. Whether your clients are recovering from injury or seeking long-term vitality, these sequences offer a grounded, feel-good path toward confident, efficient movement. Course Details: This course expands on the foundations established in Level 1, guiding you through a progression of standing exercises that support strength, balance, and walking mechanics. You’ll learn the theory behind harmonious walking and practice a signature exercise called the “Harmonious Walking Conversion.” Key Features: • Understand the theory of harmonious walking • Practice the “Harmonious Walking Conversion” • Train 3 Level-2 sequences (14 standing exercises per sequence) • Ideal for supporting gait retraining and walking efficiency • Great follow-up for clients ready for more dynamic integration

Intermediate Function & Harmonious Running
From Walking to Running - and Beyond
Once a solid foundation is in place, it's time to move with more power, speed, and control. This course bridges the gap between walking and running, guiding you through the skills and patterns needed for dynamic movement. Perfect for athletes, active clients, or anyone ready to build agility and resilience from the ground up. Course Details: You’ll explore the principles of harmonious running and train a new set of standing-based strategies that support running, jumping, landing, and more. The “Harmonious Running Conversion” helps bridge theory to action while preparing the body for sustained, confident movement. Key Features: • Explore the theory of harmonious running • Practice the “Harmonious Running Conversion” • Learn and train the Level-3 sequence (21 standing exercises) • Build agility, balance, and athletic resilience
Level 4:
Advanced Function & a Pain Free Lifestyle

This final course is the culmination of the full system. You’ll learn to perform a complete 35-exercise sequence as a daily 10-minute flow—just one rep per move, designed for consistency and long-term impact. Whether you’re working with high-performing clients or striving to elevate your own well-being, this final level is both a destination and a daily practice. Course Details: Level 4 introduces 14 new advanced standing-based exercises that combine with the previous levels to form the complete 35-exercise system. The flow is designed for regular, short-form practice, supported by ongoing studio work for deeper progression and personalized goals.
